Yes - along with his report on the game. He has to explain all the yellows and reds too. If the FA question them - then he or she explains in further detail.
He gets off anything he does not see - as he cannot see it!??!! And therefore cant be blamed. He can however be picked up on missing incidents!!|||Part of the referee's report, otherwise teams wouldn't get busted for fielding inelligible players.|||No that's up to the Leeds Mole!
