I would find a number for a coach or general manager.|||The X League is shakai-jin, not pro. The athletes are employees of the companies that field teams. During the season they would work half days or whatever so they can practice and then during the off-season they would work full time whatever their job is with the company. If they wanted to hire a foreigner as an employee/athlete they would look for someone who had played NCAA D.1 and would be a useful employee aside from the football. Since X League teams tend to have American coaches they have the connections to find those people.
