In association football (or soceer), can a goalie record a clean sheet even if their team loses in a shootout?

A game ends in a scoreless tie but is decided by a shootout. Does the losing goalkeeper still get a clean sheet? Could you show me some evidence from the rulebook or something?|||The official result of the game would be 0-0 with a footnote that Team A advances to the next round/wins championship 4-2 on Penalties. Given that, I would consider the keeper to have recorded a shutout. I would consider 'clean sheet' and 'shutout' the same thing. Others may not.|||Good question. It seems that it would be no, because a clean sheet is defined as, "Not letting anything into the goal". So, no, it would not be a clean sheet if you lost in PK.
