Hi, I'm planning on joining a minor football association in my community, and I want to be either wide receiver, free safety, or, strong safety. I'm medium height, fairly big build, I can jump pretty high, I have large shoulders, and I can run pretty fast, but I need to drop some weight, and build some muscle. Does anyone know what a good workout plan would be for me? Please be very specific. Thanks in advance|||run hills/|||Go to your local pool and do pyramid sets of freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, and breast stroke. Start by doing 2 sets of 25 yd takin it easy sets ten go to 50yd which is (2) lengths then to 100 then to 200 then to 300 then to 400 then to 500 doing 2 lengths of each one each time, every day switch up your stroke, and keep doing more and more,
research best techniques for swimming or email me and i can send you some info. Im on a local swim team, and belive me i play highschool ball and this is the absolute best workout you will ever receive.|||well your idea is conflicting. If you want to build more muscle you are gonna weigh more. If you have a lot of fat then you can do one of 2 things. lose the fat and also lose muscle mass. or If your okay with the weight you need to crossfit via body weight.
push ups, pullups, dips, sprints, airsquats, plank鈥?things of this nature. You will gain strength, lose weight, and increase speed. But you will lose muscle mass. but this is what you want if your playing db/reciever.
