I'm surprised he didn't speak out for Pacman and his "making it rain" rights.|||He might be the biggest moron on the planet. Why is he talking about guns in the first place? The law in Ohio is that if you are going to get a concealed carry permit, you need to take hours of gun safety classes. I am not sure of the law in New York, but it is blatantly obvious that Plaxico should have spent the couple hundred bucks and taken that class. Guns aren't the problem, it is people's lack of respect for them that gets people killed or injured every day in this country.
If Joey was out at the club hanging with his boy plexico, and the gun went off and shot Joey in the Joey, do you think he would have a different opinion? Me too.

The biggest problem with Joey's statement, and the poster above me, is that NFL players are somehow bigger targets than anyone else. Should everyone that drives a Mercedes get a free gun in the glove box? People in the ghetto are the most likely be the victim of a gun crime, should we start handing out free guns to them?
What everyone seems to be missing is that Plaxico should have had the gun registered. I am sure the guy has at least 1 attorney on retainer at all times, would it have been that hard to get it taken care of?|||What does owning a gun have to do with being a thug.
