Why FIFA never investigate the problem with Indonesian Football Association?

Please help|||FIFA busy still counting on the returns($$$$$) of world cup and cannot complete until Indonesians can themselves fix their own problem. So dont count on them to resolve, they have more issues and counting the monies.|||they are busy.
